Head Coach: Larry Kramer
Coach Kramer is in his 2nd year as head coach of the Falcons. He coached the team to a 4A-3A State Championship with a record of 18 wins and 2 loses. Coach Kramer currently works as the AVID Coordinator at Severna Park High School. He was the head lacrosse coach at Northeast in 2005 and 2006 seasons and he also coached as an assistant lacrosse coach at Broadneck H.S. in 2003, 2004 and at North County High School in 2002. Larry was a four-year letter winner for the Hofstra University Men's Lacrosse Team (1993-1998). He was part of two NCAA tournament teams (1996&1997). He also earned All American East Academic Honors as a junior and senior. At Bethpage High School in Bethpage, New York, Larry was a three-year All-State lacrosse player and also captained the lacrosse team as a senior. He also co-captained the Bethpage varsity football team and led them to the conference finals as a senior. He earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts with a minor in Art History in 1998 from Hofstra University. He also earned a master's degree in teaching in August 2005 from the College of Notre Dame in Maryland. He currently resides in Severna Park, Md. with his wife Kellee and their two children; a daughter Charlotte and son Sam

Offensive Coordinator: Greg Kalberer
Coach Kalberer is in his second year as the Falcons offensive coordinator. Greg is currently a Special Education teacher at Northeast High School. Prior to coaching at Severna Park, Greg coached as an assistant coach for Coach Kramer at Northeast H.S. He played his college lacrosse at Adelphia University were he was a standout attackman for the Panthers. He is originally from Holbrook, New York were he played lacrosse and graduated from Sachem High School. He currently resides in Davidsonville, MD.

Assistant Coach: Zichelli
Coach Zichelli is originally from Montclair New Jersey where he attended Montclair High School and played Lacrosse & Football. He is a graduate of Mt. St. Mary's college where he played lacrosse and he has a MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University. This is coach Zichelli's eighth season at SPHS where he has been the head JV coach and an assistant on the varsity team.
